You will shape the Membership Pod and drive APAC Uber One strategy, governance and budgets, coordinating with country GMs and Global Product to prioritise roadmaps and campaigns for regional scale.
As Head of Consumer for APAC Delivery Central Operations, you will own the central consumer strategy for One Delivery across Restaurants, Grocery and Retail, leading a team of approximately 12 across Membership, Consumer Strategy, Lifecycle & Investment, Growth Bets/XLOB & Partnerships, and Core Consumer.
You will lead the Membership Pod, APAC's strategic engine for Uber One, shaping the strategy, pricing, benefits, growth targets and investment budget. Working closely with country GMs, the team will translate strategy into execution, owning forecasting and target governance, product rollouts, and centrally delivered, productised and GCRM-led campaigns where regional scale and standardisation create the greatest impact.
Beyond Membership, you will drive regional consistency and best practice by establishing the frameworks, guardrails and shared infrastructure that guide APAC markets. You will oversee regional capital allocation governance for consumer investment and bring Grocery and Retail into a unified consumer operating model.
As a trusted advisor to country GMs and the Regional GM, you will shape the APAC consumer agenda and drive outcomes through cross-functional partnerships, including Product. Success in this role requires a builder's mindset, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a deep passion for driving customer engagement, loyalty and long-term growth.
