Job summary

Teamified is seeking an AI-first engineer to own the AICoach and its end-to-end systems. You will report to a non-technical founder, define the technical direction, and ship fast across backend, mobile, and release engineering in one autonomous role.

Responsibilities include owning the AICoach, planning and delivering with AI tooling, and ensuring privacy and safety in health data handling, while working with Python3.12, FastAPI, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, AWS Sydney, React Native and React.

Qualifications

• Proven experiences shipping LLM-based products to production.
• Strong backend engineering with Python, FastAPI, SQL/PostgreSQL, AWS; capable of owning infra, CI/CD and production ops.

Responsibilities

• Own the AICoach and surrounding systems end-to-end.
• Plan, implement and ship AI-first tooling with safe, scalable releases.
• Translate technical decisions for non-technical founders and clinicians.
• Maintain privacy, security, and data access controls for health data.

YouareanAI-firstengineer.Youuseagenticcodingtools(Cursor,ClaudeCodeorequivalent)asyourdefaultworkflow-planning,generating,reviewingandshippingwithAIleverageratherthanwritingeverythingbyhand.YoubuildevaluationharnessessotheAICoachcanbetestedautomaticallyagainstscenariosuitesoneverychange.Youareaself-starterwhotakesabrief,breaksitintoaplan,communicatestheplan,executesit,andreportsoutcomes-withdirectionfromthefounderbutwithoutneedingtechnicalsupervision.
