Job summary

Motorserve Pty is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our Kempsey team. You will deliver high quality cosmetic repairs and spray paint vehicles in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ automotive painting experience and holds a Certificate III in Automotive Spray Painting, with a valid Australian driver's licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality cosmetic repairs.
• Paint and repair vehicles in a timely manner.
• Mix, match and spray primer as required before masking vehicles.
• Scheduling and tracking of vehicles.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment, mixing area & paint booth.
• Mixing paints and primers to exact specifications as per paint manufacturer’s documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high quality cosmetic repairs
• Paint and repair of vehicles in a timely manner
• Mix, match and spray primer as required before masking vehicles
• Scheduling and tracking of vehicles
• Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment, mixing area & paint booth
• Mixing paints and primers to exact specifications as per paint manufacturer’s documentation

Requirements:

• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Commitment to continued learning including new technologies and processes
• 3-5 years’ experience in automotive painting.
• Certificate III Automotive Spray painting
• Valid Australian drivers’ licence is preferred
