Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking energetic Retail Team Members to support peak trading periods across Christmas and major sale events. You will help customers find products, operate registers, manage stock the floor, and work collaboratively with the team to hit seasonal targets.

Ideal candidates thrive in a busy retail environment, bring a positive attitude, and are flexible to work weekends and extended hours during peak periods.
