Spotlight is seeking passionate Retail Team Members to help us deliver an amazing festive shopping experience during our peak trading period. You’ll provide friendly service, help shoppers find gifts, decorations and celebrations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We offer flexible hours, work-life balance, generous discounts and a supportive team culture. Weekend and extended trading hours during peak times are required, with opportunities to continue post-Christmas for some team members.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but a positive attitude is a must.
• Flexible to work weekends, late nights & extended trading hours during peak.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Quick to learn and ready to help wherever needed.
