Job summary

Saltmate Australia, based in Campbelltown NSW, is seeking a Production Operator to perform spot welding and light production in a clean, modern facility. This hands-on role offers a stable, full-time schedule with optional overtime and a competitive hourly rate.

Mon–Thu: 8am–5pm; Fri: 8am–3:45pm. Join a supportive team and contribute to high-quality craftsmanship across production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in spot welding or light production is desirable.
• Ability to handle manual tasks safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Spot welding and associated assembly work.
• Operate basic machinery and hand/power tools.
• Perform manual handling safely and responsibly.
• Prepare machines for daily use and conduct basic quality checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
