Job summary

Shore is looking for dedicated Cricket Coaches to join our Senior School sporting programme on a seasonal, casual basis; flexible hours, great facilities, and the chance to help shape the next generation of players. Coaches will work with Senior School students toward the GPS competition, attend all training sessions, camps, and Professional Development activities organised by the Head of Cricket.

Applicants should have NSW Working with Children Check, experience with young people, high-level

Qualifications

• NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting.
• High-level cricket coaching or playing experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across the school community.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a busy, dynamic environment.
• A genuine passion for cricket and for helping students grow as athletes and young adults.

Responsibilities

• Work with Senior School students on a seasonal, casual basis toward GPS competition.
• Attend training sessions, camps, and Professional Development activities organised by the Head of Cricket.
• Support the development of students and contribute to a positive coaching culture.

The role

You’ll work with Senior School students on a seasonal, casual basis, from building toward the school's participation in the GPS competition.

Coaches are expected to attend all training sessions (weekdays, weekends, and holidays where required), camps, and Professional Development activities organised by the Head of Cricket.
