Job summary

adidas Canberra Factory Outlet is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Canberra team on a full-time basis. The role calls for a proactive leader who can inspire staff and drive sales while upholding the brand’s standards and customer experience.

As a key retail leader, you will support the Store Manager, manage team performance, coach product knowledge, and ensure visual merchandising and stock processes run smoothly in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Solid retail sales background with a proven track record in a retail leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor performance data and adjust strategies to drive commercial success.
• Manage retail operations within a fashion store environment.
• Serve as a role model for customer service and meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Train team members on brand product knowledge and service standards.
• Coordinate team to maintain Visual Merchandising and in-store communications.
