Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHC Coordinator in Wantirna South to lead a team of Educators for before- and after-school programs for children aged 5–12. This permanent, part-time role covers 29 hours weekly, including 4 admin hours, with split shifts 7:00–9:00 and 15:00–18:00, Monday to Friday.

You will work with a supportive Regional Manager and office team to deliver a high-quality, child-centered program and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Willing to obtain a national police check (covered by us).
• State Working-with-Children check.
• National Child Safety Training completed prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
• VIC Diploma-Level qualification, working towards or completed, to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC per ACECQA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic, child-centered program with activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Manage the team’s roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and admin tasks.
• Receive mentorship from regional managers and develop leadership skills.
