Job summary

Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator in Corowa to provide tailored emotional and spiritual support to residents and clients across SCC locations. The role focuses on person-centered care, grief support, and coordinating memorials and reflections, while mentoring volunteers who contribute to resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Unit of CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) or equivalent.
• Experience in aged care pastoral/spiritual care.
• Understanding of person-centred care principles.
• Compassionate and reflective listener with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting volunteers in a care setting (Desirable).
• Qualification in training and education (Desirable).
