Job summary

Trader Dukes Caboolture is seeking well-presented and friendly bottle shop attendants to join our retail team across our Cellarbrations stores in the local area. You will work for an independently owned hospitality group that values and nurtures their employees to maximise performance and personal growth.

This role requires a Queensland RSA certificate, previous experience in a similar role, and a passion for all things booze.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Current Queensland RSA certificate.
• Knowledge and passion for all things booze!
• Ability to drive promotions.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and high standard of the venue & bottle shop appearance and presentation at all times.
• Must be reliable and have excellent personal presentation.
• Ability to move stock and cartons – lifting involved.
• Flexibility to work in venue behind the bar and also in our retail stores would be advantageous. Shifts will vary between 9am to Midnight, you must be available to work a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Move stock and cartons – lifting required.
• Assist customers with purchases and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of both venue and bottle shop.
• Support promotions and in-store displays.
• Assist behind the bar during busy periods where needed.
• Adhere to RSA guidelines and safety standards.
