MedHealth is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality services to participants across schools, homes, clinics, telehealth, and community settings. You will manage a caseload near your home suburb across Queensland with NDIS compliance and clinical excellence. The AAA home office hub for training is in Yeerongpilly.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, provide caregiver guidance, and contribute to measurable participant outcomes in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an allocated caseload delivering services in line with timelines and clinical protocols.
• Conduct observations and assessments, develop goals and evidence-based treatment plans.
• Implement interventions and monitor progress against goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure delivery aligns with NDIS requirements and policies.
• Educate families and caregivers to support goals at home.
• Advocate for participants and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
