Ability Action Australia—Sunshine Coast team is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to deliver client-centred therapy across home, school, clinic and telehealth. Qualifications

• Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia is required.
• Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and deliver therapy services in a timely, impactful way.
• Support participants across settings—home, school, clinic, telehealth and community.
• Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with current NDIS requirements.
