Job summary

Ability Action Australia on the Gold Coast is hiring clinicians to deliver therapy services across home, school, telehealth or community settings. You will manage a caseload, use standardised assessments, and work within an MDT with OTs, physiotherapists, psychologists and behaviour support practitioners.

The role offers flexible hours with options for part or full-time, hybrid work from Ashmore, and weekly supervision and professional development to support you and your clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified therapist with relevant discipline and eligible for NDIS-related work.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way.
• Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life.
• Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
• Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists).
• Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements.
