Job summary

MyRecovery in Campbelltown is seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to help build and grow our new Speech Pathology service within a family-centred multidisciplinary clinic. You’ll manage a paediatric caseload (0–18 years) and work closely with our team to deliver impactful therapy across clinic, community and educational settings.

About the Role

As our Speech Pathologist, you'll enjoy a varied paediatric caseload, genuine flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within your local community.

Your role may include:

• Managing a paediatric caseload (0–18 years), including children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delay, speech sound disorders, language delays, literacy challenges, fluency disorders, social communication differences and other communication needs.
• Conducting assessments, intervention planning, individual therapy, group programs and report writing.
• Delivering therapy across clinic, community and educational settings.
• Working closely with families, educators and other professionals to provide meaningful, family-centred care.
• Collaborating with our Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
• Contributing to resources, programs and initiatives as our Speech Pathology service develops.
• Having the autonomy to develop your own therapy style while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.
