Connect2Care Pty in Melbourne is offering a fully structured 12-month graduate program for the new 2027 cohort. You will receive weekly 1:1 supervision and clinical mentoring, group mentoring, skills workshops, and hands-on learning across a multidisciplinary team.

The role supports Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists delivering services in homes, schools, clinics and via telehealth, with dedicated induction and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant tertiary qualifications in related field.
• Discipline-specific professional registration (AHPRA/SPA).
• Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Police Check & International Police Check (if applicable).
• Drivers licence & access to a reliable vehicle.
• Car insurance; Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance.

We're looking for Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists who are passionate about delivering real outcomes, with the support of a multidisciplinary team behind them.

Requirements

As a Speech Pathologist :

• Provide therapy across communication, literacy, swallowing, language and social skills
  
• Work with clients in homes, schools, clinics, and the community
  
• Deliver services via telehealth, community visits, and at our Brisbane hubs
  
• Complete assessments, AT recommendations and reports
  
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians across multiple disciplines
  
• Use great systems (not clunky ones) to keep your admin simple
  

As an Occupational Therapist

• Assessing and providing interventions for children & adults living with a range of disabilities
  
• Working within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity & social engagement
  
• Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications (in relevant fields)
  
• Timely documentation & report writing
  
• Managing a varied caseload
  
• Meeting company professional expectations (e.g. meeting billables & effective client management)
  
• Attending meetings, supervision & personal development (as required)
  
• Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, & referral sources
  
• Working across leading software platforms & online tools
