Your Role

Work with children presenting with a range of developmental delays and/or disabilities

Support

Extensive induction program; outlines company policies and procedures, receive training in online systems, access on-line training videos
Weekly Supervision with a Senior Speech Pathologist
$2000 Professional Development allowance (pro-rata); upskill in the area that interest you
Weekly team meetings to discuss challenging caseloads and engage in collaborative, multi disciplinary training
