Job summary

Hanrahan Health in Bowral is expanding its Bowral clinic team in 2026 and invites Graduate Speech Pathologists to join a rewarding, community-focused service. You will work across a diverse caseload and contribute to high-quality care.

You will assess and treat across the lifespan, deliver evidence-based therapy, and support clients in clinics, homes, schools and community settings with supervision and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Degree qualified Speech Pathologist.
• Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) OR eligible for the same upon completion of a university degree in speech pathology.

Responsibilities

• Building capability across key areas of speech pathology (fluency, literacy, social communication, communication technology, swallowing and feeding).
• Conducting speech and language assessments across the lifespan.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Seeing clients in the clinic and visiting homes, schools, workplaces and residential facilities.

Job Description

We want expanding our Bowral clinic team in 2026 and would love to welcome Graduate Speech Pathologists looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact for our clients!

On a daily basis you will be:

• Building your capability and confidence across key areas of speech pathology such as fluency, literacy, social communication, communication technology, swallowing and feeding
• Conducting speech and language assessments on clients across the lifespan
• Delivering therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
• Seeing clients in our clinic, along with visiting people in the community including their homes, schools, workplaces and residential facilities

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
• Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
