GenPhysio in Brisbane is looking for experienced Speech Pathologists to join our team in a flexible, supportive environment. Roles available part-time or full-time, including a 9-day fortnight option to suit your schedule.

We offer guided orientation, 1:1 and group supervision, caseload development with input from your interests, MDT collaboration with OTs, Physios, and Dietitians, and a generous PD allowance. Salary ranges from $87,000 to $115,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications as Speech Pathologist and SPA registration.
• National Police Check, First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers screening (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to legally work in Australia.

Responsabilités

We are excited to welcome applications from experienced Speech Pathologists from across South Brisbane to join the team.

Salary starts from $87,000 base for early career and up to $115,000 for 4+ years experience.

GenPhysio Speech Pathologists provide a diverse range of care; from assessment and early intervention with children & adults, assistive technology, telehealth/online health options and so much more - and we love to work with our Clinicians to develop their caseloads based on their areas of interest and skillsets.

How does GenPhysio support our Speechies?

• Guided orientation into your new role - support to gradually establish your caseload, shadowing with fellow Speechies and ensuring you feel confident in a new role.
• Supervision -support from our in-house experienced team of Speech Pathology Supervisors in 1:1 and group settings.
• Build your caseload based on your learning/interests.
• MDT catch ups with your team of fellow Speechies, OTs, Physios, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.

What is needed to work as a Speech Pathologist at GenPhysio?

• Tertiary qualifications as Speech Pathologist and SPA registration

• Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
• Working with children check
• NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to legally work in Australia
