Gen Physio is seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to deliver community-based care across NDIS, SaH, and private programs. The role offers a flexible, mobile caseload centered around your home suburb, with onboarding, supervision, and regular professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in physiotherapy.
• Drivers license required.
• National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
• Public Indemnity Insurance with a minimum of $10m (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Workers screening (or willingness to obtain).
• Appropriate working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across NDIS, SaH, and private programs.
• Deliver high-quality care to a diverse community-based caseload.
• Build your caseload through flexible, mobile service delivery.
• Participate in onboarding, supervision, and MDT discussions.

Location

• Guided orientation into your new role with a 2-week onboarding process to get settled.
• 1:1 Support from our in-house experienced team of Physio Supervisors
• Fortnightly GenPhysio Physio Group meetings for professional development as a group and case discussions
• Build your caseload based on your learning/interests.
• MDT catch ups with your team of fellow Physios, OTs, Speechies, PODs, and Exercise Physiologists.
• Head office-based client diary and accounts support team to remove the administrative burden from your week.
