Job summary

Ability Action Australia offers a structured 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program designed to develop you into a confident Speech Pathologist. You’ll gain hands-on community and school experience, with expert supervision and opportunities for professional growth.

You’ll work across community, schools, and clinics, delivering evidence-based therapy while building relationships with families and support networks. Flexible arrangements support work-life balance and career progression.
