Job summary

Avina in New South Wales is offering a 12-month Graduate Program for Speech Pathology graduates. The program provides a structured onboarding, gradual caseload ramp-up, and ongoing supervision, with support from senior clinicians and MDT collaboration.

You'll deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, home, school and telehealth, building your clinical identity and confidence in a supported environment.

Your Graduate Year at Avina

Your first year as a Speech Pathologist should be about developing your clinical identity, building confidence and having people around you who you can turn to when you're still figuring things out.

Our 12-month Graduate Program provides a structured pathway from university into clinical practice, beginning with a 9-week onboarding and gradual caseload ramp-up.

You’ll Be Supported Through

• Initial shadowing with experienced clinicians
• Reverse shadowing and supported sessions as you transition into independent practice

What You’ll Learn
