Speech Pathologist | Join me in growing Tell Me More
Sutherland Shire & Georges River, New South Wales
Full-time, part-time or casual arrangements open for discussion
Hi, I’m Tasha, the Director and speech pathologist at Tell Me More Speech Pathology. We’re a small private practice based in Kogarah, providing services across the Sutherland Shire and Georges River regions, where I’m currently the sole clinician.
The story behind Tell Me More
Tell Me More was founded by my sister in early 2025. I initially worked for her casually alongside my employed role, but soon realised how much I wanted to shape my work in my own way. Owning a practice felt like the opportunity to put that into action.
When my sister decided to sell the business to focus on completing her Master’s degree in speech pathology, I purchased Tell Me More. Over the last year, I’ve been making the practice my own.
My clinical interests, lived experiences supporting others and care for clients and families shape the decisions I make. I care about families feeling heard, therapy being useful in everyday life, and taking the time to understand what matters to each person. At Tell Me More, we’re humans helping humans navigate everyday life and work towards goals that matter to them.
Now, I’m looking to welcome someone who shares that care and brings their own perspective, interests and ideas.

The Future of Tell Me More
Having room to shape my work mattered to me, and I want the clinicians joining Tell Me More to have that opportunity too.
I want you to be able to pursue your clinical interests, use your judgement and work independently, with support available when you need it. To ask questions, talk through a difficult session and have a say in how we do things.
In practical terms, that means:
Sustainable caseloads and realistic KPI expectations.
Regular, structured clinical supervision, tailored to your experience.
Professional development opportunities and support to explore your interests.
Flexible working arrangements, with autonomy to plan and manage your schedule.
A work laptop, mobile phone and therapy resources.
Whether you’re a new graduate building your confidence, an experienced clinician seeking a change or returning to the profession, I’d like to understand what you need from your next role.
The Work
Our caseload is predominantly paediatric, with some adult referrals. You’ll work with clients and families through clinic appointments in Kogarah, community visits across the Sutherland Shire and Georges River regions, and telehealth Australia-wide.
The role includes assessment, collaborative goal setting, therapy planning and intervention, report writing and developing resources tailored to clients’ needs. You’ll also provide education and practical strategies to clients, families and support teams, and work alongside schools and other professionals to support progress beyond therapy sessions.
Clinical areas may include speech, language, literacy, social communication, fluency, AAC and dysphagia. Your caseload would be shaped around your experience, clinical interests and support needs.
Qualifications and Practical Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia, or eligibility to obtain membership.
NSW Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community appointments.
First Aid and CPR qualifications preferred, but not essential.
Full-time, part-time and casual arrangements are open for discussion. Remuneration will reflect your experience, skills and responsibilities.
