Job summary

Kids and Cubs Clinic Pty Ltd in Balmain, NSW is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our dedicated team for a full-time or part-time role. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based and family-centred assessment and intervention services to paediatric clients.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing therapy plans, collaborating with families and clinicians, monitoring progress, and maintaining records, plus outreach to local childcare centres

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) is required.
• Graduate Speech Pathologist experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and families.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based treatment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language or communication concerns in children.

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers and other healthcare professionals.

Kids and Cubs Clinic is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our dedicated team in Balmain, NSW for a full-time or part-time role. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based and family-centred assessment and intervention services to our paediatric clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, or communication concerns in children
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to help clients achieve their communication goals
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

About you
