Job summary

Mediix Recruitment Pty Ltd. is seeking a Speech Pathologist for its Bacchus Marsh clinic in Victoria.

The position offers 60–70% in-clinic work with 30–40% home/community visits across Melbourne's western and north-western suburbs, collaborating with OTs and allied health staff. Ideal candidates hold a Speech Pathology degree, SPA membership, and 1–2 years’ post-grad experience; NDIS and Working with Children checks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Speech Pathology.
• Current SPA membership / CP Spe. status.
• 1–2 years post-grad experience preferred; strong placements ok.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check.
• Australian driver's license and own vehicle for visits.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• 100% NDIS participants.
• Predominantly paediatric with some adults (language, AAC, articulation, social communication, fluency).
• Assessment, intervention and family/caregiver coaching.
• Work closely with OTs, behaviour support practitioners and allied health assistants.
