Job summary

Healthcarelink Support in Ballarat is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our expanding team. The role involves delivering evidence-based assessment and intervention for clients across age groups, with flexible hours and a supportive environment.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology, be registered with SPA, and have at least 1 year in the Disability Sector. A driver’s license and car are preferred, with opportunities to work from home where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
• Current SPA registration.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in the Disability Sector (desirable)
• Experience in the community (desirable)
• Current Police Check
• Driver's license and car

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, assessing, and providing evidence-based intervention for a variety of speech, language, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders.
• Providing education to clients and caregivers and creating tailored treatment plans for diverse clients.
• Keeping detailed progress notes, writing assessment and funding reports, and preparing referral letters.
