Healthcarelink Support in Ballarat is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our expanding team. The role involves delivering evidence-based assessment and intervention for clients across age groups, with flexible hours and a supportive environment.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology, be registered with SPA, and have at least 1 year in the Disability Sector. A driver’s license and car are preferred, with opportunities to work from home where appropriate.

  Roles & Responsibilities:

  
  

  Our client is based in Ballarat and provides Speech Pathology services to patients which are funded through many different channels including the NDIS, Aged Care and also private clients. Due to the exciting growth, they are looking for skilled and highly motivated Speech Pathologists to join their growing company and provide services to Ballarat and the surrounding areas.

  
  
  
  
  • Diagnosing, assessing, and providing evidence-based intervention for a variety of clients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
  
  
  • Providing education to clients and caregivers and creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of clients (infants, children, adolescents, and adults)
  
  
  • Keeping detailed progress notes, writing assessment reports, funding reports, referral letters, and creating and reviewing goals based on the outcomes of assessment
