APM is seeking a Speech Pathologist for our Werribee clinic near Melbourne. You will deliver tailored therapy services to children and families, across clinic, home, school and community settings, within a multidisciplinary allied health team.

Role requires registration with AHPRA and SPA, NDIS familiarity, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with colleagues. Flexible hours and ongoing professional development are offered.

Formación

• Experience in solution-focused therapy and early intervention.
• Ability to adapt services to meet individual needs.
• Engage with children, families and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent observation and report writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and complete assessments for each client.
• Manage a discipline-specific caseload, including complex clients.
• Develop, implement and adjust tailored therapy programs.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school and community.
• Record treatment notes within 24 hours in PMS.
• Provide timely reports to clients, families, health professionals and NDIA.
• Align therapy plans with funding types and NDIA plans.
