Job description

Speech Pathologist - Flexible Caseload - Multidisciplinary

Love speech pathology but want a job that fits your life, too?

At Therapy Plus FNQ, you'll be part of a friendly, multidisciplinary team that genuinely supports its clinicians. You'll have the freedom to work with the clients you're passionate about, support from experienced clinicians, and an admin team that takes care of the paperwork.

Whether you love working with little ones, prefer adult clients, or enjoy a mix of both, we'd love to hear from you!

Choose your caseload – paediatrics, adults or a mix of both.

Enjoy a 9-day fortnight – work full-time hours across nine days and enjoy an extra day off every fortnight.

Leave the admin to us – our dedicated admin team handles bookings, invoicing and service agreements.

Feel supported – regular supervision, mentoring and time to discuss cases with experienced clinicians.

Keep learning – access professional development, assessments, resources and subscriptions such as Informed SLP, Canva and LessonPix.

Simplified note taking - use the built-in AI in our practice management software

Enjoy your lunch break – a full hour to recharge during your working day.

No nights or weekends – your time outside work matters.

Get out and about – provide outreach to regional communities, with a business vehicle available for some visits or a travel allowance.

We're a clinician-led, multidisciplinary practice with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Early Childhood Practitioners working together to help people live more independent, fulfilling lives.

Our director is a Speech Pathologist who understands what clinical work is really like. You'll have access to leadership that understands your work, values your input and is invested in helping you grow.

We support clients from young children through to older adults, with and without disabilities. Our work includes NDIS, Support at Home (Aged Care) and private clients, giving you opportunities to develop your skills across different areas of practice.

We're also passionate about making therapy accessible to people in rural and regional communities. Alongside clinic appointments, we visit schools, homes, kindergartens and aged care facilities.
