Qualifications

• Have a degree in Speech Pathology.
• Are eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia upon graduation.
• Have recently graduated or will graduate in early 2026.
• Hold a current driver''s licence and have access to a vehicle with third-party insurance.
• Have (or are willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check.
• Have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check.
• Have (or are willing to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Have (or are willing to obtain) First Aid and CPR certification.
• Bring great communication skills, strong organisation and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support children to develop their speech, language, communication and social skills through engaging, evidence-based therapy.
• Help children communicate with confidence at home, at school and in their communities.
• Create personalised therapy plans that are meaningful, achievable and tailored to each child''s goals.
• Partner with parents, carers and educators, empowering them with strategies that support children''s communication beyond therapy sessions.
• Work with children with a range of developmental, learning and communication needs, helping them thrive in everyday life.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and other Allied Health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver therapy across our clinics, schools, homes and via telehealth, keeping every day varied and rewarding.
