Advanced Personnel Management’s Early Start Australia Graduate program invites new graduates to join a close-knit allied health team in Springfield. Over 12 months you’ll progress from student to independent clinician with dedicated supervision, mentoring and a structured induction.
You’ll deliver early intervention speech pathology to children and families, conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation.
