Job summary

Healthcarelink Support in Cranbourne VIC is seeking a Speech Pathologist for a clinic–community role serving the Werribee centre. The position offers full-time or part-time hours with evening and weekend options to suit client needs.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and deliver direct services across articulation, voice, fluency, language development and social skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current or eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Willingness to work across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct therapy services, including speech articulation, voice, fluency, language development, and social skills training.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to therapy.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including AAC and technology-assisted interventions.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
