Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, client-centred speech therapy across the lifespan.
• Caseload includes 85% paediatric and 15% adult clients, with supervision and gradual exposure to complex cases.
• Contribute to group therapy, resource development, and program design.
• Participate in the New Grad Support Program with weekly supervision and CPD opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll deliver high-quality, client-centred speech therapy to clients across the lifespan. Your caseload will grow as your confidence builds and may include:

• Speech sound and motor speech disorders
• Language and literacy development
• Autism and complex needs
• Swallowing & Feeding support
• Group therapy in themed rooms and community settings

Your Work Environment:

• Clinic based near Labrador
• Beautiful, themed therapy rooms with one-way mirrors for observation
