Optimum Health Solutions is seeking a Speech Pathologist for our NSW clinics. You can shape a caseload across communication disorders, dysphagia, AAC, and adult-paediatric mix, with mentoring for final-year students and new graduates from day one.
Role covers assessment, diagnosis, therapy planning, and collaborative care with a broad allied health team. On-site clinics across NSW and Tasmania, with a strong focus on professional growth and senior pathways.
Your caseload here can be shaped around what you want to specialise in - communication disorders, dysphagia, AAC, or a broad adult and paediatric mix - with real input into which of those you do more of. Final-year students, new graduates and experienced Speech Pathologists are all genuinely in scope; new graduates get weekly mentoring and structured supervision from day one, and experienced clinicians get a caseload they can specialise or diversify, with a clear path into senior, leadership or mentoring roles when they’re ready for it.
Optimum has run allied health services across NSW and Tasmania for more than 20 years, with 14 clinics and a team of over 200 professionals. You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Dietitians, Podiatrists and Registered Nurses, with genuine room to learn from each other. New graduates get weekly mentoring and structured supervision; experienced clinicians get clear pathways into senior clinical, leadership and mentoring roles. Clinics are purpose-built, with sensory spaces, motor development areas and therapy gyms on site.
