Job summary

Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network invites a Speech Pathologist (AHP1) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred services across Barossa Hills Fleurieu region. The role includes supervision, prevention, early intervention, therapy and evaluation, supporting community needs.

AHP2 applicants bring consolidated clinical experience and may supervise students and less experienced staff within a primary health care framework.

• Location Negotiable within Region
• Salary: AHP1/2 $36.40 - $54.35 per hour + 25% casual loading
• Casual role working over a 5-day roster up to 29 November 2026

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

This role offers an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary allied health team delivering high-quality, person-centred speech pathology services tailored to the needs of the local community.

As a Speech Pathologist (AHP1), you will work under the supervision of a Senior Speech Pathologist, contributing to the delivery of integrated services through preventative, early intervention, treatment/therapy and evaluation approaches. You will collaborate with health professionals and service providers across sectors while developing your clinical skills within a supportive team environment.

As a Speech Pathologist (AHP2), you will apply consolidated clinical and primary health care experience to plan, implement and evaluate speech pathology services for both children and adults. Working under reduced clinical direction, you may contribute to the supervision of less experienced allied health staff, allied health assistants and students, while supporting service delivery within a primary health care framework.
