Job summary

Ability Action Australia, part of MedHealth Group, is expanding its Speech Pathology service across Perth and wider WA. We welcome clinicians at all experience levels to provide community-based services in homes, schools and clinics.

You will manage your own caseload with supervision and development opportunities, including attendance at CPD and tailored training in a supportive, purpose-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
  • A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let’s tailor it together!)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech pathology services in homes, schools and the local community.
  • Manage and prioritise your own caseload.
  • Complete observations and standardised assessments to set meaningful goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy that builds communication skills and independence.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes.
