Job summary

Ability Action Australia is a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health services across 300+ locations, including QLD hubs, with a focus on Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and more. The role offers hybrid work and flexible scheduling to suit clinicians at all career stages.

You will deliver life-changing therapy in homes, schools, telehealth, and communities, managing a caseload and using assessments to improve outcomes for NDIS participants.

Qualifications

• Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
• Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, via telehealth and the community.
• Manage a caseload with forms of assessments to improve NDIs participants' outcomes.

Your Role:
