SA Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist for the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network across Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care. The role involves delivering evidence-based speech pathology services in inpatient, outpatient and community settings with a multidisciplinary team.

• Eligibility for full membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience in dysphagia assessment and management.
• Willingness to work across a 7-day roster and across rotations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement management plans with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide clinical education on dysphagia management and communication strategies.
• Contribute to quality improvement and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
