Job summary

Aspect Riverina School in Wagga Wagga is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join the Learning Support Team. You will work with autistic students in a collaborative, multidisciplinary school environment to provide individual, class and whole-school support.

The role offers a pro-rata salary of $81K–$120K per year, inclusive of super, phone and laptop, with salary packaging options to increase take-home pay. Travel within the local community is expected.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Current driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle (reimbursed per km).
  • Willingness to travel within your local community.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
  • Working with Children Check for paid employment in the state.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You certificate.
  • May be required to provide an international police clearance.
  • Comprehensive induction program to support you in the role.

Our trusted Aspect Therapy team is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join the Learning Support Team at Aspect Riverina School in Wagga Wagga.

This is an opportunity to work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary school environment where your expertise can make a meaningful difference to the lives of autistic students.

Working closely with the school's Learning Support Team, you'll provide individual, whole-class and whole-school support to help students achieve meaningful functional goals. You'll work in partnership with students, their families and support networks to identify strengths, understand areas of need and develop practical strategies that build capability and support participation in learning and everyday life.

No two students are the same, so you'll enjoy a varied role where you can apply your clinical skills in creative and meaningful ways.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
