Alpha Abilities Care is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our growing paediatric therapy team across Sydney. We have built our service around supporting clinicians to deliver great therapy. With dedicated administration, scheduling and billing support, structured supervision, protected non-clinical time and no billable KPI targets, our clinicians are able to focus on what they do best: helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes. Whether you're an experienced clinician looking for autonomy or an early career therapist seeking structured support, we'd love to hear from you.
We believe that great client outcomes start with well-supported clinicians. Unlike many community therapy providers, we have invested heavily in dedicated administration, scheduling, logistics and accounts teams that allow our therapists to focus on delivering high-quality therapy rather than administrative and operational tasks.
Our therapists are supported through structured supervision, protected non-clinical time, collaborative multidisciplinary practice and carefully planned geographic caseloads designed to reduce travel demands and support sustainable workloads. By combining strong operational systems with a genuine commitment to clinical development, we aim to create an environment where therapists can build rewarding long-term careers while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.
Deliver evidence-based speech pathology assessments and interventions to children with a range of communication needs.

Company vehicle available for both work and personal use
Fortnightly supervision with a highly experienced Senior Speech Pathologist plus fortnightly Speech Pathology team meetings to support ongoing clinical development and collaboration
Dedicated admin, scheduling and billing team to eliminate non-clinical admin.
No need to find your own clients and schedule them. Our admin team manage cancellations and diary coordination so you can focus on delivering therapy.
No need to manage invoicing, claiming or payment administration. Our dedicated accounts team takes care of it for you.
Dedicated non-clinical time allocated for report writing, note completion and therapy planning.
Work within a carefully planned geographic region with intelligent scheduling designed to minimise travel and maximise clinical impact.
Cloud-based clinical systems designed to minimise administration and maximise client-facing time

Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Unlike many community therapy providers, Alpha has built a dedicated operational support structure around its clinicians.
Our scheduling, administration, logistics and accounts teams are responsible for maintaining efficient caseloads and operational utilisation, allowing therapists to focus on delivering quality therapy rather than managing diaries, cancellations, invoicing or billable targets.
This approach allows our clinicians to spend more time supporting participants and less time managing administrative demands, creating a more sustainable and rewarding clinical career.
