Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist (full or part-time) to support communities around Bathurst/Orange, NSW. You will contribute to screening, assessments, short-term interventions, and referrals, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve client outcomes.

Job description

Are you a passionate Speech Pathologist? - whether you're graduating soon or experienced—and looking for a fresh opportunity or your very first role? Marathon Health needs you!

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist (Full or part-time) to join our team and support our programs, providing quality services to communities in and around the Bathurst and Orange regions.

This role is based in on Wiradjuri Country in either Bathurst or Orange. If you live nearby, we’re open to considering other locations for the right candidate. If you need to relocate, we can also support this!

We offer a diverse and engaging caseload across both commissioned and fee-for-service programs, providing opportunities for professional growth, clinical development, and variety in your work. Services are delivered across the lifespan, allowing you to work with clients of different ages and needs.

As part of this role, you may contribute to a range of programs and services, you may provide screening and assessment, deliver short-term interventions, support referrals to other services, and offer education and guidance to build caregiver capacity. You will work collaboratively with other therapists, community supports, and help our clients access the support they need.
