We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team to help create meaningful change in people’s lives. SAL Consulting is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Northern Territory, based in Darwin.
This is more than a clinical role. Alongside a diverse and rewarding caseload, you’ll contribute to multidisciplinary practice and work with individuals, families and service systems to create meaningful and lasting change.
From communication and language interventions to complex disability, autism, dysphagia, trauma‑informed practice, early intervention and forensic work, Speech Pathologists at SAL have opportunities to work across an unusually broad range of practice areas while being supported to develop their own areas of interest. You’ll combine direct clinical work with assessment, intervention, consultation and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Based in Darwin, you’ll have opportunities to work across urban, regional and remote settings, including remote Indigenous communities. There is also flexibility to work from home for administration and report writing.

SAL Consulting works with complex individuals, families, systems and organisations across Australia. Our multidisciplinary team provides services across psychology, behaviour support, occupational therapy, speech pathology, clinical supervision, training, cultural consultancy and organisational development. We are recognised for our leadership in neurodevelopmental, attachment and trauma‑informed (©NATI) practice and maintain strong national and international partnerships that keep our work informed by current evidence. We are also NDIS registered, NMT accredited, an RTO and provide psychological services under Medicare.
