Job summary

Vivir Healthcare Limited in Melbourne is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality Speech Pathology services across aged care and community settings. You will report to the Clinical Services Team and collaborate with leaders across the network to ensure exceptional client care.

Responsibilities include dysphagia assessments, managing speech, language, voice, and neurological conditions, and educating clients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

  • SPA membership eligibility
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Professional indemnity insurance held or willingness to obtain it
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance held or willingness to obtain it
  • Vaccination certificates (2026 Flu, COVID) or willingness to obtain them
  • Excels in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and autonomy
  • Flexible, adaptive and committed to continuous professional development
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment

About the role:

As a Speech Pathologist at Vivir Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Speech Pathology services. Reporting to our Clinical Services Team, you will collaborate closely with leaders across our network, ensuring top-notch care for clients.

Required: Skills and Qualifications:
