  • New Graduate Speech Pathologist based at one of our well-resourced clinic hubs in Strathpine, supported by a multi-disciplinary team.
  • 1st role designed to support learning and growth with structured onboarding and ongoing supervision.

Our New Graduate Program Includes

  • A structured 3-month onboarding plan
  • Gradual caseload and calendar build-up (metered start)
  • Weekly supervision and regular check-ins
  • Peer mentoring and clinical huddles
  • Wraparound support from your multi-disciplinary team
  • Practical resources, tools, and admin assistance
  • Ongoing professional development beyond the program

  • I will deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy that makes a meaningful impact under the NDIS and other funding models.
  • I will support both children and adults in achieving their communication and swallowing goals.
