Job summary

SustainHealth Recruitment is supporting a private Allied Health practice in Western Sydney to expand their Speech Pathology team. Clinician-led with burnout prevention, this role offers a mobile community caseload and admin/reports from home.

Role features include setting your own hours, weekly supervision, and an above market salary up to AU$120k plus fortnightly KPI bonuses. Onboarding is structured with a dedicated admin team, laptop, mobile and AAC apps provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with eligibility to practice (as implied by role).
• Experience with AAC evaluation and implementation.
• Ability to manage varied caseload in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology services across a varied caseload.
• Provide AAC prescription and implementation for clients.
• Support clients with nonverbal communication and feeding/swallowing needs.
• Coordinate with dedicated admin team; travel time kept within KPI targets.

What about the Role?

• Varied mixed caseload across:
• Nonverbal clients
• Avoidant/restrictive intake disorders
• AAC prescription & implementation
• Chewing & swallowing
• Picky eaters; desensitisation to foods and textures
• Neurological conditions
• Lower than average KPIs; 5 billables per day with 30 mins of travel time per client counting towards your KPI
• Admin all covered by a dedicated team of 5, with booking left up to you so you can schedule clients around your personal commitments
• Fully mobile role serving clients within 30 mins of home
