• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (0.8 FTE), Fixed Term (until September 2028)
• Salary: Admin Grade 4 + Overaward (commensurate with experience - up to $100K total) + Salary Packaging + 12% Superannuation

About the role

Western Health is seeking a Specialist – Workforce Systems and Projects to support the effective day-to-day operation, administration and continuous improvement of our workforce technology platforms.

This role is responsible for supporting systems including SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleHub, TalentHub, rostering and time and attendance solutions, and associated integrations with payroll and HR systems. You will play an important role in ensuring these platforms are reliable, accurate and fit for purpose, supporting the workforce processes that enable our people to deliver high-quality care.

Working across People and Culture, operational teams, technology specialists and external vendors, you will provide system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, reporting and technical support. You will also contribute to system upgrades, enhancements and workforce technology projects, providing an opportunity to build your technical capability and help shape the ongoing improvement of Western Health's workforce systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration, configuration, support and troubleshooting for workforce systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms.
• Monitor and support workforce system integrations and data processes across HR, payroll, rostering and time and attendance, including bulk data activities and pay and award increases.
• Coordinate system releases, upgrades and enhancements, including impact assessment, testing, issue resolution and implementation support.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, test scripts, operational reporting, dashboards, training materials and administration procedures.
• Support workforce systems projects and continuous improvement initiatives while working collaboratively with operational stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors.

About you

You will be a collaborative and solutions-focused systems professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting business-critical workforce technology. You will bring:

• Experience administering and supporting HR, workforce management or enterprise technology systems, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
• Experience with workforce systems configuration, troubleshooting, testing, data administration, reporting and system integrations.
• A sound understanding of rostering and time and attendance solutions, such as RosterOn/Optima, Kronos or similar, and their interaction with payroll and HR systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system outcomes.
• Relevant HR technology certifications or accreditations, or a commitment to maintaining and developing relevant platform knowledge and certification.
