Are you passionate about supporting victim-survivors of family violence to find safety, stability and hope? We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Specialist Family Violence Practitioner - Brief Intervention to join our dedicated Family Violence team.
In this rewarding role as a Specialist Family Violence Practitioner, you’ll provide crisis intervention, brief support, outreach and case planning for adults and children impacted by family violence. Working across Rapid Response and Case Management functions, you’ll support individuals experiencing complex challenges including housing instability, mental health concerns and AOD issues, helping them navigate pathways to safety, recovery and longer-term support. Reporting to the Team Leader, this is a fixed-term full-time position, contracted until June 2028, based on‑site in Windsor, VIC. Compensation is in accordance with Social, Community Services, Home Care and Disability Services Award (SCHADS) Level 5.
