Medrecruit AU - Specialist Consultants is seeking a Consultant/Staff Specialist/VMO for a locum at a level 3 rural hospital in Northern NSW. The shift runs 0800–1630 with on-call duties until 0800, and travel and accommodation are provided.

The hospital serves over 2,300 patients annually with 24/7 emergency services, general wards, medical imaging, pathology and a Surgical Service Unit. Must hold current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
• Rural hospital setting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical care as Consultant/Staff Specialist/VMO during locum period.
• Coordinate with local health district team to cover shift 9–13 November 2026.
