About The Role: The Perth Mint’s Corporate Affairs Team is seeking an experienced Specialist Change Management professional to join on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will lead and support strategic change initiatives across the organisation.
The Specialist Change Management role is responsible for ensuring alignment across all business stakeholders by applying structured change management principles and methodologies. It plays a critical role in supporting smooth transitions across organisational project initiatives, embedding change effectively and sustainably. The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, manage change impacts, and contribute to building a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
