About The Role: The Perth Mint’s Corporate Affairs Team is seeking an experienced Specialist Change Management professional to join on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will lead and support strategic change initiatives across the organisation.

The Specialist Change Management role is responsible for ensuring alignment across all business stakeholders by applying structured change management principles and methodologies. It plays a critical role in supporting smooth transitions across organisational project initiatives, embedding change effectively and sustainably. The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, manage change impacts, and contribute to building a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

In This Role You Will

  • Lead and deliver change management activities in accordance with the organisation’s Change Management Framework
  • Deliver change and communication activities in conjunction with the wider Corporate Affairs team and in alignment with internal policies and procedures for stakeholder engagement
  • Influence, collaborate and maintain relationships with key business functions to achieve optimal results, including Strategy, PMO, Major Projects, P&C, training, project managers, internal communications and marketing
  • Monitor, track and provide insights on all change management activities and deliver clear recommendations to executive and senior stakeholders on the organisation’s overall change landscape
  • Coordinate the organisation’s Change Engagement Network to work across dependencies and ensure a coordinated approach to communications, training and go-live activities
  • Identify and document business impacts through BIAs, process mapping and CIAs

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, or related discipline and relevant change management qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Experience delivering large-scale transformational change projects within complex stakeholder environments
  • Government communications experience (desirable)
