Zusammenfassung

CGU, part of IAG, seeks a dedicated broker service specialist to be the primary relationship for brokers and resolve issues while advocating internally to ensure a consistent broker experience aligned to IAG’s II A strategy. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract across multiple locations nationwide with hybrid work options.

You’ll collaborate with underwriting, claims and operations to progress requests, supporting senior brokers and internal leaders and promoting a seamless broker

• Strong customer service experience, preferably in finance or insurance environment.
• Comfortable engaging with senior brokers and internal leaders.
• Ability to operate autonomously with accountability.
• Good attention to detail and ability to analyse various sources of information.

You’ll act as the primary relationship for service, and issue‑resolution for Brokers. You'll advocate internally on behalf of Brokers, remove friction in service delivery, and support a consistent, proactive broker experience aligned to IAG’s Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) strategy.

This is a 12-month fixed‑term contract based across multiple locations in Australia. You may be based in any of our offices nationwide. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
